Renovation and Addition
This project, this home, is one of the original homestead's of Inverell, overlooking the town.
The TBN Team and our client worked with the Heritage Council, engineers and draftsman to create this masterpiece.
What did we do?
- Re pitched the roof to change the design back to it's original Heritage status,
- Built a custom bullnose veranda,
- Custom made weather boards to match the existing house,
- Enlarged the footprint of the home whilst restoring it to it's original shape - removing work carried out mid 70-80s,
- Renovated and rebuilt the kitchen and the maid's room,
- Concreted the floors and tiled,
- Reconstructed the fireplace to become a coffee station for our coffee loving clients,
- Reconstructed the beam overlooking the kitchen,
- Gave the exposed beams a lot of TLC.
